Measurement, opening preparation, transport, fixing, sealing and finishing determine whether a window, door, HST opening or stairs perform as designed.
Decision before product
Measurement is more than recording width and height
Geometry, flatness, diagonals, floor and threshold levels, supporting base, fixing space, waterproofing and the sequence of other work must be checked.
Replacement also requires agreement on protection of the space, removal, disposal, possible damage to reveals and how they will be repaired.

The principle requires a designed and executed junction that controls air, moisture, heat and water in accordance with the position of the element and the wall construction.
Exact materials and details depend on the base, opening, product and conditions. The quotation must describe the junction scope rather than use the term as an unexplained surcharge.
